Follow these steps and get in the gym today. Try our INTRODUCTORY SESSION, free to all first-timers on Saturday at 9am. Your free session will be an comprehensive introduction to ML CrossFit including:

  • explanation of “what is CrossFit?”
  • how a typical class session is conducted at MLCF.
  • our priority on safe, functional movements that will make you more fit.
  • a sample CrossFit workout of the day (WOD).
  • an opportunity to sign up for membership and have all your questions answered.
